Uses biotechnology to break down and mineralize oily contaminants. Combining the use of novel oil-attracting fibers and specialized oil degrading bacteria, these pillows can be employed in a variety of applications where oils are a problem. Oil and other petroleum hydrocarbons are absorbed from water and converted to water and carbon dioxide. Spent pillows are non-hazardous.

General applications

For treatment of oil drips, simply place a single pillow to catch drips and wet with water as necessary. For interceptor applications float one or more pillows on the surface of oily water according to the instructions below.

For flow rates of less than 1000 L per hour install after the interceptor has been emptied.

Place 2 Pillows in the last but one chamber and 1 in the last chamber.

Replace every 4-6 months, depending on the degree of contamination.
